In this challenging economy, finding new customers isn’t always easy or cost-effective. Since the 2009 recession, many companies have had to make strategic decisions to stay in business. Looking forward into 2016 and beyond, there is no more debating it: the Internet is one of the most powerful tools available for marketing a business. But despite the ease (after some practice) of Tweeting, blogging, and posting to Facebook, making your business stand out online can be even harder. Are you finding it difficult to differentiate your business in a market saturated by constant Tweets, posts, and status updates from competitors?

There is a solution: like any battle, the fight for acquiring new customers and business differentiation is easy to win with sound marketing tactics.

Jim Nowakowski, president of Interline Creative Group, will return to the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) this January with two new Voices from the Industry sessions. Jim’s courses will detail the strategies needed to find new business and achieve marketing success online. The dynamic one-hour courses, How to Target and Hit the Right Customers and Staying in Front of Your Customers in a Digital Environment are aimed at architects, specifiers and designers.

How to Target is designed for today’s executives in a challenging economy. The course reveals proven tactics that will help increase sales by “taking control” of finding new customers and nurturing leads. The course is designed to help gain a better understanding on how customers and prospects consume, create and distribute information.

Staying in Front of Your Customers will discuss how to stay relevant in the market today and become irreplaceable to customers online and off. Staying in Front provides a foundation to better understand the different types of media tools available to keep services relevant, and of how to make a business stand out in a fast-paced digital climate.

Jim will present at KBIS on January 19th, 2016 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. How to Target and Hit the Right Customers will be presented from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM in room N223, and Staying in Front of Your Customers in a Digital Environment will be presented from 4:30PM-5:30PM in room N227. Each course is worth 0.1 NKBA credit, 1 NAHB Credit or 1 NARI credit.

We look forward to seeing you there!
