SWATT + PARTNERS is an award-winning architectural firm – with a special focus on creating unique, one-of-a-kind custom homes, carefully tailored to their sites and to the dreams of homeowners. Robert Swatt, FAIA, with partners Miya Muraki, AIA, and Phoebe Wong-Oliveros, AIA, along with a talented team of architects and designers, bring a wide range of experience to SWATT + PARTNERS. The entire team provides the highest level of design and management for each project.

Robert Swatt opened his first firm 49 years ago, and since then, SWATT + PARTNERS has designed over 200 residential projects, including 150 custom homes, of which over 125 have been built. The team has worked on unique and challenging sites throughout California, and in Colorado, Nebraska, Hawaii, Canada, India, and Mallorca, Spain. In addition to being featured in publications worldwide, the firm been honored with over 95 prestigious local, national and international awards, including the national Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects.
