Anne-Marie Brunet, CMKBD, CAPS

Anne-Marie Brunet is the owner and principal designer of Sheridan Interiors Inc. founded in 1997, and located in Cornwall, Ontario. She provides services for both residential and ‘boutique’ commercial clients.

Her clients, busy executives and professionals, some with young families, seek her expertise on projects from modest to multi-million-dollar budgets. Her firm serves the Ottawa, Cornwall, and Northern NY State regions. Her work has been featured in Homes & Cottages, Our Homes Ottawa, Ottawa at Home and All Things Home, and in various coffee table books published in North America and Europe. She has written extensively for Houzz.com contributing many articles about Universal Design and Aging-In-Place design, as well as other design relevant topics.

Anne-Marie is the only Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist in the area. She also holds a certificate in Lighting Fundamentals from the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America. She is fluently bilingual in English and French.

This formal living room was never used because of poor function and zero style, and had become a catch-all. We developed a new furniture layout, designed custom surround bookcases, added architectural mouldings to the walls, all new furniture, accessories and drapery, developed a new lighting plan and repurposed their existing original works of art by updating the framing.
